FRIDAY -- MAY 16
No admission charge for these events:
10 AM to 9 PM -- Artists Exhibit Booths open
10 AM ~ 4 PM -- Auction Preview Room open
Vote for “People’s Choice Award”
10 AM to 4 PM -- View artists working on demo aft
1 PM to 2 PM -- Poster Artists signing of
Ellensburg National Art Show, Ellensburg Rodeo, Kittitas
County Fair and Spirit of the West Posters
5 PM to 6 PM -- Quick Draw with 20 artists
Light Hors d’oeuvres and no host bar
6 PM -- Introductions and “Best of Show” Awards
6:30 PM -- Quick Draw and Demonstration art Auction
SATURDAY -- MAY 17
No admission charge for these events:
10 AM to 10 PM -- Artists Exhibit Booths open
10 AM to 4 PM -- Auction Preview Room open
Vote for “People’s Choice Award”
10 AM to 4 PM -- View artists working on demo art
11 AM to Noon -- Poster Artists signing (see Friday)
Ticket required for the following:
5 PM -- Quick Draw, hors d’ oeuvres, no host bar
6 PM -- Introductions & People’s Choice Award presentation
followed by:
Main Auction -- 114 pieces of original fine art plus the
Quick Draws & Demonstration Pieces
SUNDAY -- MAY 18
10 AM to 3 PM - Artists Exhibit Booths open
11 AM - Sunday Auction - 45 pieces of original fine art
All proceeds of this auction will benefit the Western Art Association Scholarship fund. Auction located in last building under the grandstands.
